As i mentioned , i work with plenty of them. Just did a count, 26 to be exact. There are 2 that are lovely ladies and treat other officers and inmates with respect. The rest hate on the world and think they are Mike Tyson with their treatment of others. They wind up inmates and Officers constantly as they are untouchable being in that minority group, management are shit scared of them and let them get away with any and everything. Not all are 'bad' but **** me you could safely.say over 90% are

Funny you should mention Mike Tyson as he was my first thought but I decided to go with front rower. You are right that they are untouchable. Management as you rightly pointed out are scared and quite simply are in a no win situation because if you say they (lesbian correctional officers) are treating others (men) badly then 'they' will have you up on discrimination faster than Usain Bolt can run a hundred metres.
