i posted on the Wall tonight that the culpability of the board is quite plain to me. They have let our club lurch time and time again to the whims of the coach. I wish we were bigger, stronger than who ever sits inn the coaching chair. but we aint.

it is now almost 3 months till we have zero coaches. and if that isn't an impossible working situation for Fittler, then what the hell is.

Fittler is wholly and solely responsible for his staff. He did the impossible and found people even less experienced than himself.

you may not like the way Trewella says it, but it is truth that his fragile ego can't handle coaches better than him. Johns was gone in 3 months. Ayoub lasted just 2 months.

You know thats another major **** up that i didnt even think about.

Why did Tony Ayoub fall out with Freddy??
Thats a story.

Is/was Ayoub stepping over the mark??
I mean the guy is a physio. Fullstop. He should not be coaching or destructively influencing the coach at all.
Freddy didnt get to choose him so, I have no problems with him punting him if they couldnt work together.

But it seems that Freddy had cocooned himself with the exception of Ben Gardner.
Now that Ben Gardner is super unpopular with the players and being a trainer has has to learn to give and take. Ben couldnt grasp this concept it seems.


So we are left with Lammy who I dont think got much of a say for some time until Ben Gardner was ostracised. Ronny Palmer, a lovely man but not a rocket scientist.


Its been a real PA disaster for Brad and an expensive lesson for the roosters.
The players they have recruited is based solely on Nicks whim. We have lost supporters as a result of the "Belmore" hybridisation.


Its just a mess.
We no longer have the best people in the business.
We have people who are the best at pretending they are doing their best.


We need the right people on the bus.
Forget the direction the bus is headed.
Just get the right people first and foremost.
