I doubt we will paying much of TC's salary so unless he wants play for the joy of running around the GC getting pissed with his bestie Myles I can't really see the Titans being a viable option.
I'd like to see him back with the bogans in Canberra. Dave Furner will either go grey or bald in a season.

From yesterday's Sunday Herald property section.
Might mean nothing could mean anything as there is a lot talk around the shire about this supposed move to the Sharks.
Personally I don't believe he will be accepted there but stranger things have happened.
"Carney's new retreat"
The troubled Sydney Roosters five-eighth Todd Carney, who was released from his contract with the NRL club last week, has bought an apartment not far from the club's headquarters.
Documents lodged with the Land and Property Management Authority reveal the footballer recently splashed out $607,000 for an apartment at Waverley. In a modern, low-rise building, the large one-bedroom apartment has a spacious living and dining area that opens on to a huge courtyard with a north-east aspect.
The apartment had been listed for a May 31 auction through Bradfield & Prichard Double Bay. Selling agent Warren Davis would not comment on the purchase. This year Carney was sanctioned three times by the club for alcohol-related off-field incidents.

Hopefully he doesn't have a $600,000 mortgage that's relying on his contract money for repayments.
Hopefully he's paying cash for it with contract money he's saved.
There's a long life to live after footy career...owning a home he'd always have somewhere to live that he owns, and could live on welfare if things went wrong.

More Carney 'hate' on the radio this morning:
"Any club that signs Carney will be inviting trouble" etc, or the like ...mrs BB heard it and was speaking not very nice words at the radio set and fill-in breakfast radio host...he couldn't hear her of course. lol
She she was rebuked for her bad language.Last edited by bondi-boy; 09-12-2011, 07:31 PM.

Can't see him doing that...he needs to make as much money as he can before the curtain falls on his career.
