  • Quade Cooper; if only...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0YN2...eature=related (the music in this video isnt worth listening to, you might want to mute).

This guy reminds me of Benji Marshall and if he were to play for us we would definitely have the "game winner" that everyone has said we've lost with Todd Carney. Also he can kick goals pretty well.

He's previously said he wants to play origin and when asked if he came to the NRL which club he'd want to play for he said that he grew up watching Brad Fittler and Mini. Hopefully he'll be here in 2013!

The guy is erratic. He might do some brilliant stuff but can be have a woeful game too. Watched him against the All Blacks in NZ and had a shocker which may cost Australia the game but on the return in Brisbane he had a better one. Right now against Italy he is having a shocker. Not consistent enough for me to even get excited. I would prefer a Foran type.

Cooper is great in rugby structure, the money he would command compared to his inicial benefit if any ,would be a huge risk! IF ONLY Quade was prepared to play a season in the NRL for the Roosters on minimium $$$ and if it failed go back to rugby, If it worked out, stay and be payed accordingly..

            Rubbish, he was hardly woeful.

They struggled as a whole with rain in the second half, but once he actually had something to work with in O'Connor and Ashley Cooper, he was very good.

I don't get the McCabe hype.

Okay, well you can have Foran and I will have Cooper, he is something we need, an X-Factor sort of player.

oh OK, I thought I was giving 'MY' opinion, not yours, which I base it on the 1st half and the previous matches. Next time just PM what you think I should write about.

2012 will produce the so called x factor you speak of, Off the back of stability. The Roosters have plenty of X in there attack and more than enough comeing through the ranks to play in 2012!XXXXXXXXX?????????????? GIVE ME A CHAMPION TEAM! NOT A TEAM OF CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, yes, the cry of "It's my opinion!"

The standard response of those without a clue.

When you compare Cooper to any half at our club, or, in fact, most halves in the NRL/Super 15, he is brilliant, and consistently so.

Curious to see how he goes, I guess we could hide him in our defensive line. Seeing the way our club is run we could end up with Anasta/Cooper in the halves and Pearce shown the door. Better check with Bwaiff if he wants Cooper at the club first
