Before anybody starts going on about how poor he was today, go back and watch the Super 15 games all year, before judging him on one game for Australia.. I guarentee all you people bagging him haven't seen more than a handful of games he has played for Australia/QLD, so before you start...shut up.

That was the worst 80 minutes of test rugby from a fly half I've seen in a long, long time.

He is obviously extremely talented, athletically. But he is letting criticism get to him. He needs to back himself and not worry about whether what he's doing is right or wrong, mature or immature, fuuck all of that, just go with your instincts Quade, they're what make you so special.

It doesn't change what he can do with the football, he's just not in a good headspace at the moment.

You're right about that, if he can't handle the pressure, then he is useless. You can't always expect things to go your ways and what makes you great is how you get out of that slump. Everything he did was awful, including tackling. I would like to see him be at his best so I can be proven wrong but what he did in the Super 15 is got nothing to do now. His head is not there.

I have heard it said that he is the best player in rugger.

I have now seen him in two massive games - this one and the Super 15 (or whatever it is) final.

I am massively underwhelmed.

He was the worst player on the field tonight by miles.

If he is as great as they say, surely those two games are when he should be showing it.

He is clearly not in the right place mentally.
Just go back and watch the Super 15 games, he has been brilliant this year.
You can tell he has talent, and you can tell he played League growing up, he doesnt seem to suit Union when its a 'forward game.' He would thrive in League, I don't care if anyone argues as I have seen him play every game this year, I know his game better than most on here, if not all.
