You’d think with Cronk alongside him, he’d be fine.
True...and he's no mug anyway. Might surprise a few. If he gets the nod ahead of the other Lam.

I am assuming Serenader has some inside inflammation.
My mate knows “”a certain person””, and the info was passed on early this morning. Just saw a posted pic of him in a moon boot on a Facebook page too. Let’s hope it is a quick recovery.....

We could beat the English side with 12 men.

Would be great to see Lam play against Wigan. Believe he deserve first crack.

What a story as well.. Lam making debut in WCC against Wigan coached by his Dad.

Always suss on strain injuries. Its a great way for a coach to rest a player from games. Expect others
              ..it’ll be interesting to see

Keary is injured, Robbo has no intention of resting any players for the WCC.
I think Lachlan Lam will be starting for the Roosters which should be interesting seeing his father is the coach of Wigan.

That was a photo from 2017 pre season. Doubt a moon boot would do anything for a calf injury

If Keary has sustained a calf injury and left Queenstown to return to Australia why hasn’t there been any mention of this anywhere? Strange!

Yes it is strange and Yes he is injured and won't be playing in WCC. Hopefully good to go for Round 1.

                            Update

                            https://www.nrl.com/news/2019/01/23/...l-injury-news/

Roosters five-eighth Luke Keary was sporting a moonboot over the Australia Day weekend but a spokesperson confirmed to NRL.com it was only for precautionary reasons.

Keary had the boot removed and returned to training following the team's trip to Queenstown.

Cooper Cronk has returned to full-contact training following surgery on his fractured scapula and will be fit for round one, while Zane Tetevano (biceps) and Lindsay Collins (wrist) are also back in action after surgeries.

gotta say we've been blessed with injury god compare to other clubs for the past few years. Cooper cronk is an exception, it's a miracle
