For those saying he is young, he is 26 this year...there is a reason he didn't crack first grade till he was 25. I'm sure he trains hard which Robbo respects but he is too nervous, would rather they encourage and give experience to our other young wingers

Wow, a thread bagging a guy because he has a bad game playing his 5th game of first grade, and plenty keen to put the boot in. Low class crap.

These guys are professionals, he had a howler and he deserves the spray he's copping, it's not the under 10's where we have to be all touchy feely and be concerned with his feelings, he's done the yards through juniors up to first grade. He's paid to do a job and he did it poorly this time round.

The thing about our club culture is when things go bad for one of our team, the team will stand by you and have each other’s back and that’s what the young guys who come to our club can count on.

i am glad for everyone’s sake we didn’t lose. I hope he gets a chance to bounce back and show what he is capable of but he’s got some work to do in between time.
                Very well said mate.

People are way too quick to judge when someone has a poor game.

As long as it wasn't through lack of effort or lack of discipline I can live with it.

The guy likely feels terrible. I hope he has a redemption.

Even a champion player like Mini had a few dusty ones early on. It happens.

He was so bad that I ended up being shocked whenever he didn't make a mistake

I remember how many threads there were about Toupo when he stuffed up.

I was hoping for much better from Ikivalau. Especailly as Mako Sivo virtally destroyed Wyong Roos grand final team on his own back in 2017. After watching that I was thinking he might be worth an offer. But he too has a lot of mistakes in his game. I'd be tempted to drop Ikuvalu but knowing Robbo (and our injury situation he is likely to give him a reprieve and last warning. And only because our reserve strength is too green No doubt Ikivalu will be out to make amends and will need to as the Broncs wingers are among the best in the game. Just our bad luck to have two Test wingers on the sidelines.

Yeah i mentioned in another thread that Ikivalu was absolutely horrendous for Norths against Souths in the first round of the Canterbury Cup. Tonight he was out of his depth. Next week he will be marking Corey Oates. It could get messy
