Kind of hope your right - I don’t mind Ika getting another run but since no JWH I would like to see some size added to the starting team - so aubbo to centre and crighton to start with butcher to the bench would be my vote.

Butcher had a personal issue that's why he didn't play. He is not that special that he needs to miss a weeks footy to keep him in cotton-wool just in-case he is needed in first grade. Nobody is.

I take any coaches excuse for a player to drop out with a grain of salt. See last years GF for our best use of it.

Lams dropped form the squad the only options left are:

18. Nat Butcher
19. Sitili Tupouniua
20. Sam Verrills

Unless a similar thing happens with Lam comes in for Cronk late like in the Manly game, but sounds like Cronk is ready to go
