  • Do you (still) want Pangai to be a Rooster?

That was a low shot on Cronk last night. A real mutt act. Disgusting and disgraceful.

He should get six weeks for it if the NRL are serious about protecting playmakers. So dangerous.

No different to what that no name Souffs prop did to Cronk in that semi.

Do you (still) want him to be a rooster?

That’s how I would have described your Ikuvalu thread

He certainly doesn't deserve more money than Taukeiaho.

        Or Cords or Jarred.

His only impact was an illegal play.

We don’t need him and his dirty style of play doesn’t fit our style or culture. Our young forwards are what we should be encouraging and putting time into. Not some overrated show pony who likes to come in late and smash a smaller player. The Broncos can keep him.

All the comments above - take a 0 off his million dollar price and i think we an start talking. I thought Taukeiaho was great last night.

Don’t blame the player blame the coach. Same thing happened in the prelim against the same coach so it’s obviously coming from him. He needs to come up with some different ideas to beat us because the late hits on Cronk tactic isn’t working for him.

Broncos in for a crap year. Never understood the fascination with their new coach. Has been around for five minutes and were bending over backwards to get him. Seems like the Broncos will get their wish and get bent over. Hodgo can supply the gel.

The Roosters have cleaned the rabbit dung from Angus Crichton. Like Cooper Cronk before him, I can't remember him in a foreign jersey. Pangai is a gun but he's not worth 1 million, no player is, so if he would come cheaper I'd have him here.

Steady on, yep it was late, crikey though, he is young. I remember a certain young Roosters forward who was always over the top with aggression.

Regardless, he doesn't have a complete defensive game yet. He may be worth $1M in the future though..

                      To fat Hodgo...

"If Pangai Jr wants to continue to get paid $$$ in third party endorsements while drinking XXXX, doing dog shots on future immortals and getting cricket scores put on him by Easts, he can stay in Brisbane. If he wants to take a pay cut in order to learn how to play footy and have a serious shot at a premiership, then he'll have to clean up his act first and then Easts might offer him $300k... if he's lucky... gotta remember he's no Cordner, Crichton, JWH...etc - he'd be there purely to learn from them".

I would still love to have him, he's a damaging player who's still learning his trade. Remember all the brain-fart moments JWH used to have?

Having said that he's not a $1m a season player. Andrew Webster was quizzed on the Roosters interest in him and said he was hearing we see him as a $600k a season player and won't even consider him unless Cronk retires

TBH I thought Lindsay Collins showed him up last night. TPJ is not worth the money that is being mentioned!

We may have our own future star with Famasili. Gets better every week. I think I’d rather we develop him. He looks a little like FPN on the field.
