He is not worth $300 yet. He may end up a great but I doubt it and its a media beat up. Without doubt his game under Seibold will go backwards

Tevita took a gamble by only signing a 1 year contract thinking he had improvements in his game to command more cash the next time he signs. And supposedly he had a decent offer from us last year that he knocked back to try and extract an extra 100-200k per year.
      Yeah, I suppose.
Risky stuff , especially now that he will have 2-3 less games to show his skills.
      ..it’ll be interesting to see

TPJ will be good in a club with leaders. Who leads the Broncos pack? Well the oldest head there is Gillett but he doesn’t look like a good leader. With Jared Cords and SST leading him he would settle down because at the moment he is just out of control. Whether he comes here or not it doesn’t matter but not for $1m... not even close to half!

Impressive though that he had the confidence in his ability to show he was on the improve and would therefore attract a bigger offer.

            Interresting. Well said.

                Sia Sia was awesome.
Isaac Liu wasn't far behind him.

Agree with your comment on Isaac as I thought he was excellent against the showponies (love the nickname novice chook).

As to the question JT posed at the outset of this thread, I voted no thanks for reasons I've stated in other threads - injury history and inconsistency - and not for the reasons associated with the no vote and certainly not for 1M.

The excellent point made by someone here is the common denominator between Cronk getting hit late by a big middle on the other team - shitbold the "effort areas" coach.

Spot on. In our pack he would be great. The boys would pull his head in.

The same arsehole coach who told Burgarse to whack Coops all day late.

Read an article on Foxsports about Pangai playing an April fools on Broncos CEO saying he had signed a 5 year deal with us..
there was a good point made that it was a good sign for the Broncos, as it would be pretty rough if he played the joke and then went and did it anyway.

So, on the back of that.. he’s sticking with the Broncos.
Star off-contract Broncos’ forward Tevita Pangai Jr has played the ultimate April fools prank on Brisbane CEO Paul White.
                              ..it’ll be interesting to see

If it were up to me I would concentrate on what we already have in the forwards for now, there is some real potential there. We need to be on the lookout for another 3/4 as Morris may have another season and Hall is no spring chicken either.
