  • Aubo Origin

I reckon he’s in contention. He’d have to be. Career best form, super experienced, won 2 premierships and can cover multiple positions.

While I don’t relish losing another player to Origin, I hope he gets a nod. Deserves it.

Time for the annual Aubo origin thread.
    Won’t happened unfortunately.

Would be thoroughly deserved and he would do well at that level. However I do not see it happening at this stage of his career unless NSW have players missing from last series.

        Too late for Aubbo unfortunately

Won't happen, but if the series has been decided in the first two games, and there are some injuries, it'd be nice if he could get a gig.

would love to see it but i don't think it will either. I think Radley on the other hand is a big chance and there is no way the blues would have both of them(small forwards).

Hopefully, Freddy picks him for one game, ala Matt Prior..

I can't see it but Aubbo has hit a purple patch so anything is possible;e. Freddie did pick hin for City a few years ago. Think it was the year he picked Matto in the centers after one or two first grade games and Matto starred.

But I think Freddie wilk stick with Angus and the St George backrowers, with the other spot between Victor Radley and Cameron Murray at this stage.

Get him in the no.14, tell the inflictor to wait, he'll be a blue for years.

I would love to see Aubs in the sky blue, he would have played plenty of origins if he was a Queenslander, My head tells me his boat has sailed, but you never know, Freddy could certainly decide to give Aubs a go and he would know he would get 100% quality. Might even be a good thing for his mostly young team. Aubs form certainly is better than Peachy so fa this year, so who are the other contenders who can cover almost ANY spot in the team?

He could sneak in game 2 or 3 to ‘do a job’ for Freddy off the bench
                        ..it’ll be interesting to see

No one more deserving that Aubbo.
Hope he gets the call up.
