  • Anzac day clash

What's our likely lineup against the merge?

  • #2
I doubt very much we will see Keary given the short turn around. He was flat out on his back after the incident. Likely to have Maubs in the centres and Latrell at 5/8th. Hopefully SST fit to play?!
    Red, White and Bluesters!!!

Yeah Keary shouldn’t play. He’s had head troubles before. He ought to think twice about Origin maybe.

No chance. He deserves his origin spot.

As if that’s going to happen.

I am lookout forward to watching Saints get battered and bruised while our boys rest up.

Likewise. Don't want to see Manly succeed but happy to see them both belt each other soon

If Keary is out I would like to have Lam play the full 80.

It would be a great experience for him practising/learning off Cronk first hand all week, then putting it together outside him on ANZAC day

I want St George to win tonight so they have won a few in a row and then more of their fans will attend the Anzac Day clash and hopefully the SCG is packed to the rafters, which means more income for Easts and our home attendance average improves.

For some reason Hunt always scores against us on the right. I hope Robbo has the tonic for that. Come on Manly! Soften them up!

I agree he shouldn't play on Anzac day unless he is 100%, but there are tests in place which he will have to pass and he comes through those let him play. As for not playing Origin, that's way out of left field and I doubt if any player would give up that chance.

I would be happy to see the same team as last night go around again, but realistically SST and Liu will come back in if they are fit, Manu is an automatic inclusion so that's 3 changes. I think M BMoz is almost ready to come back, but can he put Ikuvalu out? Don't know, No news on Friend. Don't know if Farmasilli will come back in. The biggest loss could be Keary if he doesn't pass the concussion tests, Our young blokes went very well last night, but the ones to drop out will be Curran and Verrils you would think. Whether they choose to give lam a go or play Latrell at 5/8 if needed, I think Latrell would be the preferred option. Whatever happens we will be able to put a vey competitive side on the paddock.

I’m happy Saints beat Manly. Now we get to burst their bubble.

honestly im not even concerned this season , if we lose, so be it, im kind of happy for the injuries early on, i just hope round 20 on every big gun is fit and firing, at the moment ive little doubt we will be there when the whips are cracking, i have this weird feeling that this team is very special , like a once in 27 year team hoping at least , but i could be wrong

How old are you? Wanting to fast forward to the last five rounds would seem to be a millennial type of thing. I don't really care. I don't even understand the point of your random comment which has nothing to do with this thread nor is it in reply to anyone else's comment. I think most fans want to take an interest in every game, not just the end of season or finals, you ride the ups and downs with your team.
