Just decent consistent performances, not being down the bottom would help as well. Not much to ask for. We have the players.

It was a bit hard to have decent consistant performances this year when for a period half your team is out injured and your star player from 2010 is causing divsions in the team due to his off field antics and on-field apathy.

Lets hope were flying, then get Bellamy or a coach who is strickt and can instill structure into our game and club!

I think he can be, but not sure he will be. If we make the top 8 or go close to making it next season, then I think he will be here in 2013. If he doesn't then I think we will pull the trigger. Again.

Personally I'd like him to stay over the next two to three seasons, possibly more depending on success, so we actually look like a club who can provide long term security to any future coaches.

Why the hell are so many people in Elliot's corner? he did nothing at Canberra, and nothing at Penrith. I am happy to have him onboard in a wider coaching team but not as the head coach. I expect Smith to see out his contract. It is a long term prospect. He is setting up the club, not just the top grade.

Totally agree. I don't get the adulation for Elliott either. Egohead Gus is supposedly cleaning up the mess he left at Penrith with ill discipline etc. He also did nothing here at Canberra either. Neil Henry is the one the Raiders regret losing. Elliott is a Smith clone only not as good. I'd rather the real thing.
