It is what it is.Brisbane can celebrate all they want at this time of year. But it matters nothing because they won't be celebrating at the end of the year.

crichton had an outstanding game . on top of a good game last week. the team looked very tired. robbo needs to start thinking rotation ,cronk, keary, teddy, latrell, joey, jwh, sst, aubbo, gus, maybe even liu, ikavalu all need breaks and games off this year. but im sure he has it under control. lets not under estimate the mental pressure the media has heaped on this team this year.
Still not sure what his role is, but with no Boyd or SST, I would of thought some go forward was needed, Collins was ineffective, thought we were short a few hit ups, we already have aubs there who plays the roaming forward role with no straight up hit ups, with Angus doing a similar role, i thought it left us another forward down.
butcher is is getting better every game though, making some tough yards.
Actually Angus was our best by a mile tonight I thought.
Agreed 100%. Thought it was his best game in a Roosters jersey tonight. Always involved and has that knack of bouncing out of tackles.
We deffo looked jaded tonight. Manu looks fatigued/injured and will be looking forward to the bye.
Hall gets a pass mark from me. Carried the ball up and didn't look timid considering the injury he had.
Keary quite and slightly annoying how for such a good player that there is nearly always a couple of rushed passes leading to drops.
Considering the turnaround, injuries, possession stats and a referee who gave us pretty much nothing, can't really fault the effort but I agree with Brain and we may cop a few more losses if the others up their game against us. It's no easy ride as premiers and we will need to be even better than last season to win it.
Let's not forget that halves go well when their forwards are dominant. We missed SST in his second stint.
I thought it was a tough, good match and both forwards did there jobs against each other well, it was made for a smaller man to win it, somehow Milford did. We were off tonight big time, injures short turnaround, will be a good test v Knights next week up there.
