The expression on Joey's face is priceless

Both Johns brothers hate the Roosters, Joey especially because he thinks they would have won that GF in 2000 if they had beaten us that night when I think they were up 16-2 and lost. But they both tip against us almost every week. Unfortunately this time I think Newcastle have a very good chance against us. they have won their last 4 in a row, and before that two of their losses were by 1 and 2 points so they could easily be equal with us on the ladder. At their home ground with a full house we will have to be at our best, much better than last week to hold them.

i wouldve barracked for knights in 2000. maybe they did have a better shot in 2000, im not sure, i think they were about equal the roosters and knights but brisbane were that good they were virtually unbeatable.

Loved that 2000 prelim. Hadn't made a GF for 2 decades and that was a real turning point for us.

Klemmer v JWH always makes me think of this...

PS - where'd Klemmer and Lockyer get hair from?

How much could Joey actually hate the Roosters given he was employed by them for some time?

While under employment as halves coach did Joey really achieve much? MP improved slightly but I feel that Jason Taylor was able to get more out of our young halves than Joey did.

One of the best nights of my life. Probably the best as a rooster.

At least I know I was there. And Freddie intercepted right in front of me.

Once Joey leaves our coaching staff, we win the comp.... OH the irony
