Sydney Roosters enforcer and Blues 19th man Victor Radley

      #####

      Oh dear.
      Radley is our enforcer.
Please! if he's all we've got as our enforcer then we're in BIG trouble.

Knights prop smashed Keary into next week? and then, after the ball was long gone, seemingly kept hold of him and seemingly slammed his head into the ground?

Must've been OK because refs did nothing.

That's how the games are played now...Roosters take note. Big guys smashing little guys out of matches and the NRL possibly.
Having seen the Knights get rid of Keary without censure...other teams could well come after Cronk next.
We must now smash the little guys in other teams out of matches and out of the NRL [legally of course]...we don't have anyone who can smash the big guys...or fail.

We should've put on a riot after little guy Keary was belted with totally excessive force.
      We didn't.

nah man it was a big hit legal tackle...cant give that.
Your chief playmaker will always cop it hard just as Cronkstar .
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

The first bit was legal, but what about the keeping hold of Keary after the ball was gone and then seemingly slamming his head?
The first bit...arms/hands out to the side, front shoulder contact with Keary's shoulder...missile tackle at a 'million miles an hour' but then, after the ball was gone, watch what happened next.
Totally excessive force in the tackle, big man smashing little man.
That's now the standard, so we must embrace that or perish.

Obviously we now need a playmaker of prop size, or we're finished.

In days of old...like several weeks ago...such a tackle would've brought verbals from sections of the crowd.

%&$X!**! Pick on someone your own size, you $%X#@!&%!

            Totally agree Bondi Boy.

Oppositions are getting away with murder smashing our playmakers. We overcame it last year when Cronk was illegally maimed. I totally agree Keary was head slammed and if that had been one of our guys head slamming Reynolds or Cook they would have been suspended for 4 months.

Agree with another poster that the next time there's a cheap shot on one of our playmakers, severe punitive measures are warranted by our guys, regardless of consequences, as NRL have sanctioned the maiming of our playmakers and refs will turn a blind eye.

JWH targeted ponga plenty too, used pongas throat to lift himself off the ground once also according to Daley today.

              • do ppl really think knights fans are not saying the same thing re the jwh hit ? ( which was perfectly legal imo ) come on roosters fans lets try to open the other eye . we get plenty of rough calls , we get some good ones to , major playmakers will always be targeted by opposition hitmen, accept it.

He was so good on his debut tonight, even if he plays for Souths, I’ve got massive respect to the guy for coming back from 3 ACL injuries and at the age of 22, his mental toughness must be through the roof

Didn’t Teddy have a couple of ACL injuries early in his career?

He’s off contact at the end of this year. Thoughts?

I would give him some consideration for sure. I have heard good things about him from people who have watched him play in the lower grades. With Cody Walker and Reynolds in the halves at Souths, he would have to leave to get a better opportunity and as such, Souths won't spend a lot to keep him behind those two
                                ...
