Yeh I get it, as fans equally we also have the right to react to his pettiness whichever way we want to. Personally I lost a lot of respect for him over comments made last year. But I still appreciate the service, blood & sweat he put into our club over a decade with lots of difficult times.

I just don't get why people are surprised that he's acting out.

For us this was a round 11 game that will largely be forgotten about by the next time we play a game.

For him this was probably one of the most significant moments in his life to date.

But lets just take the high road and move on, this shouldn't mean that much to us anymore. The personal attacks back are just as petty. Move on, talk about our current halfback or talk about who our next halfback is going to be, not about the halfback we used to have.

Only 3 times?! Freddy is about 10 times the player Pearce is. And a 10x better leader and bloke too.

I always said that i wished Pearce well at Newcastle. But it's now painfully clear that he was left traumatised by our Premiership win last year. So much so he partied all offseason and played like puss for the first 6 weeks this season.
