Keary might not have carried on when we knocked Souths out last year but I did, big time.
SBW played more 1st reciever than Pearce did in 2013,I can't remember any significant contribution Pearce made in the GF,as for Toops he soared into history ,Sbw and Maloney were brilliant in the halves,Sam Moa destroyed the Stewart brothers,Jenko flew like superman,Jake was a rock as were the rest of the pack,Mini was El Capitano, SKD was on hand to score the crucial try with a broken jaw ,Guerra likewise but I'm scratching to find anything Pearce did in that game that had an impact on the result? He was so good that the opposing half back won the Clive Churchill medal in a losing team.

Not doubting any of that. Just saying that he’s only there because he was unwanted by the Roosters. I’m happy for him and glad to see he is doing well at his new home along with the rest of the Rooster rejects that we wouldn’t have won another comp with.

            Probably neither..
because I bet he hasn’t got a game ending injury, it’s just that he’s given up being the blues scapegoat.

He will play for Newcastle next round no doubt
            ..it’ll be interesting to see

wow, this is just sad. pearce tore us a new one last night, lets be honest. on current form he is outplaying cronk, and he was always a very good club half. we all know he did good things for this club, on field, maybe not off field. 2 gf appearances, 3 mps attest to that. however pearce is terrible under pressure, and in the clutch, cronk stands up in the clutch , whether through nature, or the storm system who knows ? but this is where cronk earns his money. let pearce have his moment, wish him well, he is an ex player now, same as skd, shillington, gordon, rts, guerra, beetson. he probably wont keep it up anyway.

Every dog has its day. He acted like a farkwit and a tool. Fits into the bogan Newcastle scene perfectly.

When the pressure is on, Pearce will crumble as usual

The bloke is an A Grade Fark wit, I really hope the Newcastle media start reporting what’s going on, but like Joey Johns and his band of powder sniffers, whilst they are winning nothing will be said, farken turd burglar

Agreed. They kicked our butt and we are supposedly the team to beat. Who wouldn't be celebrating?

Well well well, quite appropriate I find this out less than 5 mins ago, Teflon has apparently lost his drivers license, I could only imagine what for lol, he was also involved in an incident at Hornsby train station catching the 223am back to Newcastle, blind drunk, abusive and threatening to staff and customers, cops were called but boarded train before they got there, complete flog. A railway incident report was raised, staff wanted to take it further, Syd Trains decided not too

Are some of you actually being serious?

You're bagging him for being happy and enjoying his new club?

He came through with the Roosters as a kid, loved the club, won a comp and openly stated he wanted to be a life long Rooster.

Despite all that the Roosters hire a mercenary for two years max, and in order to fit him in place Pearce in a completely untenable position and force him out.

That would have hurt, big time.

Good on him for celebrating, it was a nice bit of karma to watch

Yeah the same bloke that cost us millions in lost sponsorship revenue due to his off field bullshit, the same bloke that has had 4 failed engagements, same bloke that went to rehab at our expense only to come back an even bigger binge drinker, same bloke that had to be picked up and carried out of Double Bay Hotel and The Golden Sheaf hotel numourous times later being banned for good doing things in the Dunny which shall remain secret. Same bloke that dry humped a dog, thinks it’s ok to grope at chicks in red dresses, tells a sponsor at at a club sponsor function to **** off when asked for a photo with his son, same bloke that derailed our entire 2016 season, same bloke that kept certain establishments in Atarmon in business, I could go on but I’m tired after a 2am start and some things are best left unsaid.

                              the bloke is a mherkin

The guy wore his hear on his sleeve for us every time he played. I'm not sure why people are surprised he acted out on Friday night.

He obviously deeply cared about the club and was hurt by what happened.

It's funny we want to see emotion from players, we want them to care about the badge as much as we do and we want to see them put everything into every single game. No one ever questioned Pearce on that.

Now we're seeing the emotion of a player scorned and we're surprised?

He's had his moment hopefully now he can let it be, he had some nice words to say about the club post game. Lets leave it at that.
