  • Ladder Position (Includes Spoilers!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Sharks win today in Canberra meaning with our GREAT Points Difference, we are effectively 2 wins away from last place.. Add with the Eels playing the Tigers on Monday one of those 2 will further distance themselves from the spoon position..

Last nights loss could be a telling blow in relation to our spoon position

The way the Sharks are playing now, I think the Tigers are now the team that we can only hope will take last place off us..

    Current Ladder:

    12 Canberra 12
    13 Parramatta 11
    14 Wests Tigers 10 (-60)
    15 Cronulla 10 (-80)
    16 Sydney Roosters 8 (-155)

    Next week IS HUGE:
We play Cowboys with No Thurston, no O'Donell maybe no Tonga
Sharks play Brisbane - Half Broncos team out
Tigers play Storm - Half Storm team out

Our spoon will be decided based on points in the following rounds (Basically the Next 5 rounds):
RD 15 - Cowboys Away (No Thurston)
    RD 16 - Sharks Home
RD 18 - Bye (Bad week considering its Origin Week & most stronger teams are missing players)
    RD 19 - NZ Home
    RD 20 - Souths Away
    RD 22 - Tigers Home

Stick that in your corporate-no-****ing-idea-about-league brains Nick Politis and co. We have the biggest shit-for-brains board in the NRL.

Everything is unbalanced at the club:
        The Clubs board
        The Coaching staff
        The FG Squad

Its not the RIGHT balance, we have some good people in all 3 departments, but as a whole all three departments have major problems

I wouldn't worry too much about the Sharks. They got very fortunate against a lazy Raiders side with a bit of luck going their way. Their football is totally atrocious they are lucky Gallen was playing and he looks like he has niggling injuries in the way.

As a side i think we are coming back better than them.

As a side we are improvng... But in raltion to LADDER POSITION its the 2 points that matter...

We dominated more than the Sharks did today, but they found a way to get the 2 points.. Thats all that matters & it was our great oppurtunity last night..

I believe the Sharks will also beat an Origin ravaged Brisbane next week in Cronulla so you have to look at the complete picture in relation to us and the spoon, not just us improving as a football team - that alone wont be enough now, we are 2 wins now from being clear of last place..

Let's face it, this is probably the worst Roosters team in History including 66. Even the 90 side was better. We deserve the spoon and we'll get it.

No way.. On paper this side has more ability and should be delivering alot more than any other Roosters team..

Does the loss of Roberts, Tupou, and Shillington justify going from 4th to 16th in a couple of months? Hell No.. Attitude has been the problem all year..

On paper means nothing. This team is hopeless. They are reserve grade standard and our opposition know it. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't win another game this year.

We need to win the spoon so that there is clear cut evidence to the deluded running our Club that problems actually exist.

We used our "get out of jail" card in 2007.

If the spoon means that changes to the coaching, recruitment and management staff are made, then bring it on!

The side has clear definciencies, but I maitain that the poor results are mainly due to attitude.. If we play to our ability we are not a wooden spoon team, and noone would have predicted us to finish this low before season start..

We have had our chances this year: We blew it against the Tigers, NZ and the Tits..
