why are we getting more coaches then players at the club??

thats right, we will have more coaches than anyone else. Problem is that its the quality that matters, not quantity of coaches. All the ones on our books currently (with exception of the new signing fitzy) are duds.Originally posted by The Fox View PostComment

Coaches don't have a salary cap so a club can have as many as it can afford. Look at clubs like the Broncs and Melb, they have many and varied specialised coaches, including 2 or 3 assistant coaches.
As far as I'm concerned, the more the better. It means that each individual player receives the attention and opportunity to improve themselves as players and people.
Remember that some coaches are spending time with players in all 3 grades, including those who play for Newtown. So it's not as if all the coaching staff is devoted to just our top 25.
