Good result considering so many disruptions and changes all throughout the year.
Some times yesterday we were shit and some times we were really good.Considering the conditions we were good in the end
That little Bulldogs hooker gave us some trouble-main thing is we have been a bit loose around the rucks for a while .That will not fix up until Jake the snake comes back and Aubbs is in his right position.
MOM - tie between Butcher and Manu .One is progressing unreal last 3 or 4 games our best forward up there with Taki.The other is this years sleeping giant.Relished in the extra work and saw plenty of it.Not Manu's fault our right hand play is unrecognisable this year.Im sure it will come when all hands are on deck.
Ashton kutcher - 9- After leaving 2.5 warriors men juniors migrated to this country and came threw the ranks.has been quiet a bit this year ..not enough good ball for an attacking weapon that he is.He was resuscitated yesterday..Great player.
George Hamilton - 7- very solid effort took by the Halldog the ball up all day..just needs time now to get his attacking game going.Once the inside men on the right get it he will ge going .His fitness is getting there.He has the best suntan in the team has had plenty of time to work on that past year.Sponby the great Greek suntan lotion Carroteen..
The quiet one-6- Old mr reliable ...never says boo never complains gets the job done .Needs to move in the middle of the park with his tag team partner Jakey and plug the ruck up..Maubs is the gentleman of our team.
Rocketman-6- (no not Elton) Stuck up somewhere in a space station .Slowly coming down to earth calling Major Freddy .Fuk em Latts.Be your own man get rid of tall he negativity around you and get on with it.Still easily in the top 3 players in the game.lets not forget he has won plenty for us since he started first grade .Nothing to forgive just build on what youve got in front of you and have a chat to Jenny Craig for a few weeks.Latts is still my fave .
Towering inferno -8-The Bulldoggies needed a trampoline to keep up with him yesterday. Last two years he has been great for us .Taller than Andre The giant.Set up latts for an easy one. Only a few minor lapses last couple of years but what I like about him is he is a real good big game player .Always delivers in semis and GF's .Best player (had to say that or infidel rooster will bash me).Toups will do me fine.
Nancy Drew -6- I was bagging him earlier in the game thought the turtle on the sideline was moving faster He showed good hands though and I guess he can only improve .scored a decent try wich shocked me..Could be destined for the back row one day is my guess.You can count on te Hutchison(optus) network every now and again.
Punching bag -6- Our Gronk hasnt peaked yet but gee they try to put him out every game with late and cheap shots but he keeps getting up .Thank fark he is our half.Expect more from him as the season rolls.
Sweet Daddy Seeki -8- Was shit last week but great yesterday.usually he is on most of the time.Tradesman that does his job and a bit extra now and again.Liu is like the wall paper back at the club he is always thereabout.
More Beers -7- every time I watch rads play he reminds of those old eveready batteries commercials.He just keeps going ,keeps pounding and never gives up .Special player for this team...and didnt he put Big papi on his ass early in the game.The only videos BigPapi made last night were adds for panandol.
Tak Tak Boom- 8- Up there with my faves .does what he has to do and does it well .Him and JWH are the best front rowers/backrowers weve had since Lowrie and Hermanson.( Come on guys remember our bookends)
Iron Man -7- felt his team needed him didnt want a bahams holiday .Played solid as he doe.s Injured or not .Good man to have in your side.Go Cords .Players must love him in our team.
Angus Burger -7- Was a fave at maccas ..Not sure where he is going .we dont really see his attacking prowess he had at Souffs but his work rate is extremely high .Is this his new culture brought on by our coach? High work rate ethics? probably .Will he be let loose later on the season? remains to be seen.
The Sudan Butcher -9-He know whats going on ,He knows whats going wrong . He has been our best for a month .I was not sure about his progress from the juniors to first grade .Till now .he is only just starting to realise that great u20's form and produce it in first grade .I am certain now he will be one of our mains for a long time.
Zaney Zane-5- ahhh nothing spectacular was crap last week .I havnt forgotten how good he was in the semis and GF. Any bloke that smashes Souffs and Melbs players is a friend of mine.
Banned-8- I love this long haired lout .Banned from easts leagues like our beloved Fairy for having long hair.I think we have a very good player in the works with Silly Bill Williams.Can hit, can work ,can run, can offload .looking forward to more.
Farmersilly-5- another Silly in the team .he goes ok but really needs to lift his input .Id like the coach to start him and see what he really has got.We havnt seen him really wound up yet.
Slammin sami Vasalene-7- Im excited about this kid has some slick in his game .Hope he keeps it up and keeps improving.Stays at the club and has some patience.Good luck young fella
All in all ??? Considering the amount of team disruptins etc since round 1 I think its a fair effort to be in the top 4 at this stage of the season.If all hands are on deck at seasons end we will be very hard to beat.
Pray to the Rooster Gods that Keary comes back and avoids any knocks .We really miss him.
