    Lets go through em

Mini - never loves the club too much
Braith - if he wanted to go would have signed with the cows
    Sammy - no chance
Ryles - loves smithy and proly last year anyway

    Who else is senior?

Matt Elliot is a first grade coach, there's no way he'd cop being a 2IC to anyone. And he's got a premiership, admittedly a super league one, but he's one up on Smith.

The only other ones I can think of are Pearce, SKD (are those 2 considered senior now?) and maybe FPN?
Smith loves FPN but if it was him I say bye, bye now.
Perrett no way. Ryles and Smith are tight. Mini wouldn't care too much now so late in his career and Braith? I actually think Braith and Smithy were getting on well these past few months so I doubt it very much. And if it is Braith, who cares!
Rothfield is full of it. What's amusing is that he says this time he'll put his hand on the bible. So does that mean all the other times he's bagged out Smith and the Roosters he was telling porkies?

Does that mean everything else he writes is a lie?
                Hes probably an atheist.

I just wonder who would want to sign up with the Roosters, there is a distinct air of impotency about the whole kit and kaboodle that is our club.
Improvement & wins by mid season 2012 otherwise it's the chopping block for Smith. Below par team performances will most
definitely contribute to his departure. So, do the playing group put in or ????

It can be more damaging for a club to lose quality players as opposed to one official/coach!

I know you've got your fingers crossed for this to happen Fred.

But if it does all that will happen is that you'll whinge and bitch just as much about the next bloke in the production line of Roosters coaches. All that will change is the name.

You are nothing if not predictable.

Smith needs to see out his contract, clean the joint up. Show that once in a decade we can hold up our end of a bargain

                          It won't happen Morls...it just won't be.
As i pointed out in an earlier post, it's a simple case of shape up or ship out!

I dont believe it either but hope costs nothing

if we can win half next year and make the 8 then that would satisfy me

with our lack of speed and need for a 5/8 and a speedy fullback I dont expect us to contest for the title

I just had a thought. What if the trouble is real, and it's to do with Daniel Mortimer.

That would mean either Anasta or Pearce.

I was thinking the same thing. I was thinking Pearce though originally, but Anasta would hate to go back to the forwards again wouldn't he?
