Myles' hotel event was understandable given what exactly happened.
However, he has to own the result.

Given the past and the "New attitude, New beginning"...Myles was always on borrowed time [especially after the shockers he had against Manly and another team early in 2011].
Officials then obviously started to question his value.

He can have it gold plated if he wants.

Did the senior players have a say?

              Is Anasta a senior player?

I have no problem with the senior players having a say.
What is incorrect is that Anasta acted immaturely and was a prima donna and demanded that its either him or me.
This notion of Anasta as a selfish little cry baby is way off the mark

The senior players did have a say. Most of them wanted him sacked earlier in the year.

As for myles, I was saying from the time that he first signed with our club that he was no good, he wanted out before pre-season training started just like moltzen wanted now. He only cares about money and nothing else. So many on here kept saying he is our forward leader. The only thing he led us to is disaster after disaster.

Nobody except Anasta will know for certain if his decision was self-motivated.

The point is, giving Anasta any say in the matter was a conflict of interest.

Are you going to cast the same aspersions on Mini and Sam and Ryles as senior players???

Blaming Anasta for Myles' and Carney's actions is not fair on a bloke who has bled RW&B, which is more that can be said for either of the two farkwits who are no longer with us. And good riddance.

But blaming Anasta is easier for some than admitting they were wrong about Carney and Myles.

Myles was a dickhead when he came to the club. No surprise nothing has changed.

Our club has farked itself over signing blokes like Myles and Mason. The only decent dog we ever signed was Braith, the rest have been massive mistakes by the blokes who run our club - not the coaches, those who make the real decisions.

Anasta was not a "decent" signing.

He was a terrible signing, this club, on the field, would have been so much better off without him.

Yes, he bleeds red white and blue. But all of you do, too, and the club doesn't sign you up. A prerequisite to signing with our club has to be that you actually can play football. Our on field performances could have been far, far better had we made better recruitment decisions and kept players we released, and not signed players we did sign (Anasta included).

I respect Braith for giving absolutely everything he's got in a really tough period, but it doesn't mean I can't identify his mediocrity as a player, and the fact that we would have been better off without him.

And my point is its not. He is not some selfish self motivated arsehole like Myles, Hannant or Carney (had to add money bags hannant )
Talk to family, friends and people that know the guy and you will understand this is the truth and depsite what we are happy to believe in the media he wants what is best for the club
