Braith is a good captain and good bloke.. Whatever shortcomings he has on the field can be looked aside IMHO as he brings more to the team than he takes from it. The only thing i would like to see more from him is to put on a bit more weight and bash the defensive line more often

am i missing something here? how is the fact that GC offered him 60-70k evidence Carney concocted a whole scheme?

Several clubs have offered him deals including Souths and the Sharks who have all probably tabled deals more than the modest offering presented by the Titans.

Whilst it somehow wouldn't surprise me him and his 'bffl' Myles may have thought of this, the dots arent connecting?

We need a marquee player IMO. But I refuse to take a negative view into next season. I am foolishly hopeful that 2012 will be a good year. I am going to wait until Round 6 before I start bagging them if necessary. Hopefully all of the shit has been flushed so to speak and we are left with guys that want to play and represent the club with pride.

This possibly says more about Fittler's coaching abilities than anything about Anasta. Was that when he was moved to fullback? or was that Ricky Stuart?
