In his last press conference I think he said we need to field a regular team which is an admission of the dismal failure of the resting policy. Injuries can’t be prevented but resting players and suspensions are a farce having lost us heaps of games jeopardising our top 4 spot.

I reckon he was saying that it’s time to put the best 17 on the park because we are approaching seasons end and now is the time to win and win well.

I also think he has tried to manage the team through the season without flogging them. Whereas now, he will get more serious about putting in a performance that hopefully is a replica of last seasons crescendo.
