Bom says 50% chance of rain, top of 10C, 30k winds.

Will be fricken nasty, love the Raiders tactic of bringing the pommies over to captilise on cold weather experience. Wonder if it deliberate...

Call me crazy, I love watching BJ, he is a throwback to days gone by, and when he is on he can destroy a team. He can also destroy his own team. I reckon he and Latrell going at each other is worth the price of admission alone.

Hey Crazy, he’s playing.. though I wonder if they’ll use him off the bench. Wasn’t he 17 when he played the 2010 GF for us?
            ..it’ll be interesting to see

cold but hopefully dry for the team to play well

              I'm confident,

Raiders havent played a top 6 team since the byes

                Skeezer,
Was thinking the same. He is beefy enough to potentially play some minutes in the middle... . Lots being said about his match fittnes being poor.... Guess we shall see.

Pretty sure he was 19 in 2010.

Did we beat them in Brissy? I thought we lost that

We got out to a good lead in the first half and then they scored three tries in the second half to give us a real scare . It was when we were struggling to score any points in the second half - glad we seem to be over that!

I can understand that because the Roosters came very close to throwing that game away.

Exactly. It was a bad game. They out-muscled us from memory. Took out Toops.

Like Papalii, he's not exactly fit. However, both are pretty smart (a bit like Taumalolo) in that they'll be walking/bludging most of the time, camp out in good positions and wait for some good ball then BOOM... they'll run at some little guy and score a big crash-over try (or get a heap of PCM).

I see how players like this can be useful but am glad our players are more involved/dynamic. Often it's the metres you run without the ball in the hand that matter more than your big muscly power runs.

                                That's muscle memory.
