  • What did Morris say in his post match interview?

Hi all! After the game on Sunday I saw Brett Morris was interviewed on the big screen, but only heard snippets of what he said. He seemed to be raving about how happy he was to be playing at the Roosters and what a great organisation it is.

Did anyone catch what he said, or does anyone have a link to the interview somewhere?

    Thanks!
    Go Easts!

He said that he is looking forward to being a 2 time Premiership player with 2 different clubs.
I personally think that Brett Morris has been outstanding for the Roosters this year. I know he was out for 10 or so weeks from rd 2 but he was awesome in the World Club Challenge & since he has returned from injury he has done everything right. Ive actually always liked both the Morris boys & being able to watch one of them playing for the Roosters has been a real treat.

Looked really dangerous in the lead up to what would have been a try if not for RTS's failed intercept. Looked as good as he did in his prime.

            Well said.

Brett Morris has always been one of my all time favourite non-Roosters.

An absolutely brilliant, classical winger. A great finisher and a great bloke.

It's been a privilege to see him run around in our colours as he's always been a player I've wanted to see wear our jersey.

If he has a half chance to win us a finals game you know we're in safe hands.

He continues to surprise me. I had Hall above him for his carries, but in the past few weeks there's no denying that there's no substitute for pace out wide. Morris is killing it

Those Moz boys have provided consistent quality over a good period of time.

Always leant a preference to Brett so was happy when he inked.

                Nice post TJ, agree.

Am also a fan of both the Morris twins and wasn't even mad at Brett in the 2010 GF (touchy's fault). Happy Brett is a Rooster and I hope he achieves what he wants to achieve with this mighty club.
