It works like this mate the Roosters would never stop one of the assistant coaches taking up a head coaching job at another club. Pretty much all 16 coaches know what every other team is doing & can all come up with game plans & how to shut down opposition teams but only a handful of them can manage young men & get the young men to buy into what the coach wants.

There are no lines to read. If O'Brien thinks he can avoid Nick's phone call and still have a job, then he must not be that smart.

Very disappointing of O’brien to do this when he had asked for and signed a 3 year deal.
