I note Canberra's eye gouger has hired the barrister who helped get Bilby off.

I know we have a few legal practitioners here on the pen. Can somebody explain to me the rationale and practice of having an elite legal professional arguing a case before a panel of ex footballers who possess no more legal training or expertise than my cat?

    I think it's damn silly.

Last years Bilby debacle still gets me rilled up. Soooo glad it backfired on them and we were there to take the spoils and triumph over such blatant debauchery.

P1 why wouldn't you engage him? He produced a miracle to get Slater off.
That guy could have gotten OJ off. He should be representing Jarred.

Yeah he seems to get results.

Speaking of OJ, his lawyer was John Kardashian, father of Kim.

So in other words that whole family is good at getting black guys off.

Robert, not John. Johnny Cochran was another of O.J.'s lawyers.

The panel on 100% Footy tonite was unanimous that JWH should get off, no case to answer. Gould, Gallen , Lockyer and two journos.

because they only have to be more convincing than the NRLs legal guy.
