Ryan was the player alluded to recently in the press as an in form recruit who had a bad relationship with the coach. Apparently Maguire had openly ridiculed Matterson in front of his teammates and it didn't go well. Strange as Matterson has been easily their best player.

he would be a great replacement for Aubo in 2021.

Isn’t Tets leaving? Plus Morris or Hall. That should cover the 350 Matto is supposedly on at Tigers. Plus we replaced Cronk with Flanagan who would not be on half of what Cooper is on. Anyway that ship has sailed I reckon. One of the desperado clubs like Parra or Bulldogs will be offering him more.

I say we get rid of Tetevano and bring back Matterson. Most-likely next season will be Aubbo's last and Matterson would be an ideal utility option/replacement when Aubbo leaves !
