I would love to see A Mitchell at 7, because he is a good player if given the chance will be great. A natural 7!!

Anasta and Pearce or SBW and Pearce.

It will be Pearce and Anasta.
Which I am fine with I guess, as it is either that or Anasta in the forwards..
Looking forward to 2012, but..to be honest, I'm more looking forward to 2013 the way things are panning out with Anasta and Mini's swansong season this year (hopefully)

The only way Lazarus will see first grade is through injury to Anasta. Even if Lazarus was given a go with Braith shifted to the forwards as we've seen he'd get a terrible platform to work off, especially if Braith and Aubs make up the second row. I rate him highly and would have him at 7 with Pearce at 6 if Anasta was not at the club. He has a varied kicking game (great with grubbers) and also has wonderful footwork close to the line. Scored plenty of solo tries for the Jets this year when nothing was on off the back of his evasiveness. I haven't ever noticed him in defence either which is always a good thing. If he stays on contract with the Jets for 2013 and we don't buy a quality nrl half then it will be between he and Littlejohn I think. But I'd personally be a bigger fan of Littlejohn at fullback just cos his creativity in the halves isn't quite up to scratch. But he is quick and can trample over the D line and has a great long kick. Would be very much in the Hayne style of fullback.

Wow really? I thought he would have gotten more than half a season with them. Well the Roosters should sign him up cheap then because if he isn't at the Jets we have no real back ups in the halves.

Plenty of back up in the halves, Mitchell is my pick at 7, Pearce at 6, Anasta 6 or 13, Sbw at 6 or 3, little john at 6 if he can handle nrl!!!!!!!!!

the only problem with this is that it would push anasta back to the forward pack which is a nightmare... also not sure about littlejohn's nrl credentials, watched him for a couple of seasons now and i havent been overly impressed

Cockadoo, never did I say he would be anywhere near as good as Hayne I simply said he would have a similar style to his play if he played fullback based on his strengths. I don't see what was so outrageous or hilarious about it mate.
