Most good teams would have a 50-60% win ratio in prelims for one reason or another / over a longish 10 yr period.

the exception, the Storm, going for their 5th GF appearance in 6 or 7 yrs , or 4th in a row.

we need to replicate PARRAs home ground. Loud and hostile. Difficult on a cricket ground I know.

I wonder how Melbourne went at BankWest?

At nearly all other grounds they tend to dominate, especially at Suncorp in front of 50,000.

Why all the worry about stats all of a sudden? Fox sports have to flog these numbers to make their insights look interesting with not much news otherwise on the game. Any history can be manipulated to paint a certain picture.

At the end of the day history and past stats won't decide the game on Sunday, how both teams preform on the day will.

NAS had a shocker in last year's GF - hopefully you're right and the big game gets to him. He doesn't appear very bright.

They carry about the stats re Jared but forget this years stats of when the two teams met plus the fact that its been a whole 2 weeks that the Roosters have played so they forget how good they were...Even in the other game they forget about how the Raiders beat the storm at home, twice in 4 weeks and also forget how lucky souffs were against Manly and how lucky they were to have that game gifted, yet some think souffs can win it mainly because they won that game. Short memory or CTE all around?
