A part of me thinks it's overkill....and if we are good enough and confident enough in our own squad it's not really necessary.

It now seems it's been Jake out, Luke in all the way....but why keep up the secrecy? To me it shows a slight lack of confidence when we have every right to be openly confident and proud. He's plenty smarter than me of course, but what do others think?

Can only be an advantage to keep the opposition guessing in that kind of situation. I don’t see why any coach would name their final team before they absolutely have to.

JWH out is negative chat, he even said himself he doesnt wanna hear about it.
With the Friend smokescreen, that's all the media is focused on and asking about.
Our team gets to coast along without the worry of everyone getting into the nitty gritty of our game plan, they're too busy trying to figure out the flippin team.

Meanwhile, down in Canberra its all been expectation and pressure and questions about making a GF.
Any opposition that had a clue , ie: not Souffs, would've beat the green slime tonight. They were not composed, not polished, not superior after the week off, and they were there for the taking really.

If if you name the 21 then the 19 and then the 17 I am more than ok with that. Why give away a competitive advantage when you don’t have too. That’s just stoopid.

It's within the rules. If teams knew our line up they would have tip sheets to learn 24 hrs prior. it's always been 19 man squad 1 hr before kick-off you name your 17. Nothing wrong with it
