Anasta is the worst 6 in the comp.

Anasta won us those last four games of last season. He may not be as good as carney but he is still a good five eighth. Why bag a bloke playing out of position than when he plays in his preferred position we start winning. He is the best leader in the comp. We all forget we have the youngest team in the comp. Lets start following our players. Anasta won't be there forever so lets support him!

As opposed to Mortimer who can't even crack 1st grade...

I agree with the guy who shopped Robert Hughes from Hey Dad as a pedophile.

He is better than John Sutton & Keating.
He would make 1/2 a dozen sides in the NRL. The Cowboys Broncos Titans Eels Dogs Souths, they would all like to have him as there 5/8 for this season IMO.

Well there we have it. Braith Anasta an overwhelming fan favourite to wear the number 6.

Dubs, I think you'll find it's the lesser of two evils. Either we pick Saddam Hussein or Paul Bremer.

Would be my preferred choice ahead of Mortimer... this kid has got a massive skill set. I get the feeling he'll be in the team come round 1 just not sure where.

Adam Henry may well be an x-factor kind of guy for us in 2012. You would think he is likely to feature at some point. If this year is anything like last year we will most likely see a lot of fringe/up and coming players get a chance.
Also if our pack is doing well some guys like SKD and Mini may look a lot better than they did struggling behind the mess that was 2011. I don't think we will win the premiership this year but with so many good young players it will be very exciting to see who can make an impact in first grade and earn themselves a regular start in the top team.

Time for our number 7 to step up.
Born and bred in the eastern suburbs.

I'll second that Vasco. It's about time isn't it. I want to see him vying for the Dally M at the end of the year.
