  • Tedesco’s season

Voted as the players’ player of the year is surely a greater honour than the Dally M itself as it recognised what your peers think of you.
to win Dally M, Fittler medal, Wally Lewis medal, jack Gibson medal and another premiership is a year to remember. Will surely go down as a roosters great and if he continues like this for another 5-6 years will unseat Minichello as the best fullback we’ve ever had , and I hold Mini in the highest regard ever. Injuries culled his career but to come back after 3 ( I think) back surgeries will always be a phenomenal achievement by Mini, but I’ll be happy if Tedesco eventually overtakes him as it will mean we would’ve had few more great seasons from him and hopefully more premierships.

Combined with last season, this could be the best two consecutive seasons by a fullback ever?

He was also a nominee for the Ken Stephen medal.

lol... He was also nominated the worst buy of this clubs history by the Chookpen ...gotta throw that in. When does he get that award?

That was right up there for the best ever season by a Roosters player. The return on investment on both Teddy has been incredible. 2 seasons each and 2 premierships. Teddy is a wonderful player.

I’m certain you had Cronk in there but somehow forgot to type it in

For all of his attacking genius, it's his try saving tackle on Brandon Smith in the Prelim that will live longest in the memory.

"The Wombat" is pound for pound perhaps the most powerful ball runner in the competition; and yet Teddy found a way to hold him up over the line (with Liu's help).

The man is a God on both sides of the ball and has put in the best b2b seasons I've ever seen from any player.

Great ambassador for the game and on the field he reminds me of the Tassie Devil from the Bugs Bunny cartoon - there's no stopping him.

Only one award left for Teddy.. Golden Boot (which he should of won last year instead of a pommie winger no one has heard of)

i hope he has a big rest after all this rep stuff.

If we are any chance of a hat-trick he needs to be primed for another big year.

What a player, what a sensational buy for the Roosters.
I love how the Roosters under Robbos watch have brought through so many players that have debuted for the Roosters & recruited really good players that other clubs didn’t want & then have been able to buy the cream of the crop. SBW, Cronk, Tedesco, Maloney. Keary falls in the not wanted by their club basket.
