Your supposedly great pack plays against a bunch of reserve graders every single week so it's no surprise they dominate.
Saints have zero chance of winning this game. We could beat your fully match fit side on the first day back at pre-season training.
Your second rate competition producers second rate footballers. If any of them were good enough they'd be playing in the NRL.
Jackson Hastings Man of Steel. What a joke. The guy can't make first grade over here.
Anyhow good luck. You'll need more than luck though.EASTS TO WIN!

I actually enjoy the Super League. It's not of the quality of the NRL, but it's highly entertaining with a lot more free flowing attacking footy.
The fans over there also leave ours for dead. In fact NRL fans are a bit of a joke in comparison to the vociferous chanting and support you see in England.
So whilst I obviously want us to win I wish St Helens all the best and I think we should show their league and fans a bit more respect.

Have you actually watched any of St Helens games in the last 2 seasons??We have one of the best forward pack in either comp and the likes of Thompson Walmsley and Roby are as good as anything ive seen in the NRLMakinson on the wing was voted the words best in 2018 as well..Being underdogs suits us .Just ask the broncos.
It should be a cracker match.
I agree the forwards you mention would make it in the NRL, we have had some good ones come out here notably Adrian Morley, John Bateman, James Graham, Sam Burgess etc
However Makinson's title was really for best player in international games only, until he won that nobody out here had heard of him.
Unfortunately in the past not all NRL teams have taken this game seriously, however the Roosters are one side who really promote this game and would like the NRL to back it, and make it an important game on the calendar.
The Roosters are probably sitting above NRL standard at the moment, There is a significant gap between the Roosters and some of the other teams in the NRL
St Helens will need to play near perfect football to be in the contest as the Roosters have come to win.

However I listened to Hull v St Helens live the other night while listening to the Spurs/Villa game, and to be honest Hull were awful.
St Helens were under the pump early then Hull imploded, kicking out on full on last tackle, throwing passes that went loose in there own in goal, penalties etc it was like football suicide.
I am glad we play St Helens and not Hull, And I hope they play there best football on the day, just like Canberra did last year.

Didn't we win this game 38-0 in 2014. Last year we also won easily, never getting out of second gear and we had no goal kicker or our star centre in that game either.
