  • Artie Memorial/Easts old boyd

Amidst the continuing Latrell saga, it was wonderful to see this diversion.
Who says we are a club without a soul.
Good to see Shoey in good spirits after that accident.
Who's the bloke sitting next to him?

Lucky are those at the reunion who got to play and know the greatest Rooster of all time Arthur Beetson.

If there was one player i wish i could time travel back to and see play it would be Dave Brown. I read his record and think how???

As a kid, I used to the go to the old Sportsground and used to sit just behind him on those wooden benches when he was coaching around mid 80's. He had that 'larger than life' aura about him. There was only one Arthur Beetson and it's a pity I never got to see him play in the flesh!

Good to see Russell Fairfax doing well after his operations reliving his past glories.

Exactly right Bruce, it is great to see. It is important for the club to broadcast and share this sort of information as much as possible. I also hope that the good work our club and players do in relation to charities and those less fortunate gets noticed more than it perhaps has in the past.

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.
