  • Overlooked?

With all the talk about Lattrell we’ve overlooked that we lost Brock Lamb to Parramatta. I know he hasn’t set the world on fire , but at 22 and under the tutelage of Cronk we may have had an extra halves backup in case flannigan and/or Lam don’t fire.

I think Hutchison is the next back up

Wasn't he released to Super League mid-season?

He waas released to Super League, but has now signed with Parra.
Good luck to him, but we've got Hutch, Lam and young Walker as our back ups. Maybe he has a break out year, but he was not so much overlooked as unwanted.
Biggest loss was for the Bears last season, who might have won it if he'd stayed.

Parra are bolstering their ranks. I reckon they think 2020 is a chance for them.
              ..it’ll be interesting to see

Brock Lamb was not up to first grade standards.

I did feel a bit sorry for Lamb because he was thrown in at the deep end with no Keary or Cronk to partner him. He had Latrell at 5/8 to which I never saw Latrell play good at 5/8.

A Lamb Keary combo sounds good.

Unrelated but can young Walker play first grade in 2020? Just wondering incase Keary or Flanagan get injured.
