i reckon cronulla and the cows are very good value. brisbane will be good but im not sure their rookie halves + wallace can negotiate a gf just yet. as optimistic as i usually am, i would be very surprised if we won the comp. i wouldnt put money on us in the 20s. if we get out near the 30s and 40s ill think about it

If I was a bookie I would be happy to lay the roosters at any price. Cannot win a comp with Pearce and Anasta in the halves, simple as that. Can be competitive against most teams and maybe even sneak into the 8, but win a comp NO WAY.

I don't think anyone is death riding. Just telling it like it is. You need match winners in the halves to win a comp. We don't have them.

Actually i think they have over-rated us, we are bottom 4 specials IMO.

I think the titans and panthers are even better than us so they should finish higher.
The sharks (if Carney says off the piss) may even finish higher.

Seriously what do we have apart from:
- The slowest backline in the comp
- Too many error prone players (BJ, SKD, perrett etc)
- An enthusiastic but ultimately inexperienced forward pack
- Halfs that are indecisive
- No X-factor or genuine match winners
- No player good enough to be in the top 40 players in the league
- A coach who can't handle anyone challenging his authority
- A football manager (Noyce) who has failed in his job 2/3 yrs
- A board who don't give a shiit anymore

Unfortunate but true. Making the eight would be a miracle IMO.

It's not death riding, it's called vision. A few of us have it, most on here don't.

Death riding is wanting us to fail, i doubt dice wants that.
