The other big gripe that people still mention to me is the charge down that hit the Roosters trainer that they all think the Raiders backrower would of scored but none of them realise that Tedesco was 10 metres from the pommy backrower & would of run him down. Also Soliola tackled Keary mid air & when it would have gone to the video ref it would have been disallowed..

I dunno what it was like at the ground but where I was watching literally nobody took objection to the call when watching live. All the whinging came a couple of hours later when everybody had gone home, licked their wounds and read the media's perspective.

My standard response to Raiders fans now is 'yes I saw the incorrect 6 again call just before Wighton's try... it's poor defence that lets tries in, not the refs'.
