I would be happy with him, at the right price of course.

However, despite what Twitter may or may not be saying, I would be surprised if he doesn't sign with the Tigers. He has an opportunity to play fullback there, at a higher price than what we would probably be prepared to pay, Souths would rather this happens, and he has that 'history' with Madge. To me, this all points directly to Leichhardt but, as mentioned, I wouldn't knock him back.

    MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

While he’s improved as a footballer over the last 12 months I wouldn’t want him. Known to kick stones quite a bit in reserve grade. Don’t want that kind of character in the red white and blue personally. Maybe he’s matured more recently but all things considered I’d be looking elsewhere or keeping it in house with Morris. Unless we do decide to go for Josh Morris then it will definitely be Ikuvalu on the right wing, BMoz to left centre. Saw them both the other day and they look is superb physical shape. Our conditioning team should really be commended. Best in the business in my opinion.

This sounds like the whole Fatrell saga all over again, where our preference was for the Tigers to take him to play fullback, rather than join our main rivals.
As mentioned above, I would take him at the right price as he plugs a hole that we currently have. I would sign him on a 1 year deal with an option in our favour (sound familiar, lol)
          But as always, TiT!!

Further... we have Hall, Morris and Smith on our books for 2020. We don't need any more outside backs for now.

Yeah well that'd be the potential offset wouldn't it? 'Hey Bunnies we paid for Latrell to do SFA in Taree then released him... it would be a d!ck move if you didn't write off that part of his salary and release him'.

We're talking about the bunnies here though!!! I highly doubt we're after him but if we were... I reckon Souffs would nickel and dime us over his release despite the overly generous treatment we've given them with Latrell.
Smith is gone for the year and Hall and Morris are injury prone. So yes we need something else.

Nothing would be more satisfying than us developing this bloke into a class player. Up Souths! I like him. He was brilliant for Souths at fullback during the semis last year. With his versatility it’s a big yes for me.

More upside than you think. He covers most back-line positions especially fullback. Nowhere as good as Teddy but beggars can't be choosers with our #1 out indefinitely

That's my thinking too mate. They pinch our superstar, we take on a battler and still win the trick.

Sweet justice....and yes he can play we need a centre ideally and could play that role.

He’s the nephew to Micheal Cheika so yes it does make sense. I wouldn’t mind it. Very talented kid & i know for a fact we were going hard for him about a year or two ago.

Hmmm, the WCC squad announcement will be the tipping point.

So if he is injured, why the secrecy?

I would take him, would only cost us around the $380k mark because Souths will have already paid him 3 months worth

I think Doueihi would be a good pickup. Would help fill in at left centre this year and probably have good utility value next year if Aubo retires. But only at the right price. No more than $350-$400k. Word going around is the Tigers are going to get him and he’ll play fullback there so we have probably missed the boat.
