29 and 30th players

Any news regarding whom the Roosters intend to sign to fill the 29th and 30th spots on their 30 player roster- Obviously they should be looking to sign outside backs (centre/ utility back- wing/centre) but apart from some press the Roosters are considering Dugan there is no news of anyone they may be chasing.

The cupboard is very bare for potential recruits for outside backs and I cannot see anyone being added internally. Smith I understand cannot be replaced even if out for the season (if injury occurred in a rep game and he was to be out for more than 12 weeks he could be replaced).

Maubs and Crighton may have to fill in at centre in that case.

If another centre and winger go down will you still be comfortable- McKenzie Baker might get a run although he plays fullback?

McKenzies only a young little tacker who played all Flegg last year. Not ready yet but I'm guessing could be the Bears fullback this year with Kieran Moss gone. He could get a run in the 9s maybe.

Sam Walker is still on a rookie contract, and Max Bailey hasn't been offered a contract as yet. You will find we add these to make up the numbers there are plenty of options still available, concerns around centre and halfback.
