Yeah, read that article. They will probably release him but not until a few rounds in. If that’s what happens then I don’t think they would be entitled to a transfer fee because he would have already been playing for them.
+1. If JMoz plays round 1 for Sharks then deduct 30%. A further 5% for each round after than. If JMoz gets injured then deal is off.

That is a sensible proposition dice. I think you will find that uncle Nick will just say here is 100k take it or leave it, Cronulla is not entitled to a transfer fee (which mind you Easts don’t even have to pay, however understand the nature of the mess Cronulla are in with the cap) if he is still playing for them, our left centre woes have dominated the headlines our whole off season. We may yet have to continue the Angus experiment.

Sharks are under the cap this year, there issue is they have a few more roster spots to fill with little money to spare, so they'll be bare minimum players.

Get your facts straight. Jmoz is on fuk all at the Sharks, he's hardly going to save them any cap by getting rid of him. That's why we don't want him to go because of how little he's on. If he was on Dugan or Moylan money they'd pack his bags but he offers amazing value for what he's on and the positions he can play.

You may well be under the cap at the moment but you wont be if you don't release someone .Its not our fault at the mighty Roosters , a well run club who don't have to pay ridiculous money to has beans broken down crocks. I personally would love to see JMoz here to play for a great team and have a shot at a GF something he wont get at your poorly run establishment , but wouldn't mind if he stays on and you get done again for cap breaches . Please feel free to come back at the end of the season and listen to us talk about finals and maybe GF because you wont be doing any of that on the sharks site .Last edited by Rooster1908; 03-02-2020, 02:48 PM.

I will quote the famous Jack Gibson ‘winning starts in the front office’ which is where? Oki Jubilee? He’s obviously been treated like a 2nd class citizen by the recruitment of Ramien, told by Sharks officials he was free to look elsewhere last year so he decided to do that until that band aid Dugan got injured again and wanted out, furthermore, the fact the sharks salary cap mess is the Sharks fault not JMoz, keeping him there after being told to look elsewhere will do nothing for you other then make you look like idiots.
An offer has been made by the Roosters (which will give them a little leeway not the Roosters fault that the cap is a mess) and the sharks want to low-ball by setting the ridiculous condition he stays for the first few rounds of the comp (they want compensation and the services of said player at the same time) BASKET-CASE doesn’t even scratch the surface of the monumental FcukUP that is Cronulla.

Jmoz isn't on minimum wage which 85k , I think he's on about 300k .
