The following are a list of few recent reasons why this club is the most embarssing side in the NRL:

* The petptides saga (ASADA Investigation) 2013
* Salary cap breaches dating back to 2013
* Shane Flanagan deregistered in 2018
* Deregistration of Trent Elkin (club trainer)
* Sharks chairman Damian Keogh arrested for cocaine possession in 2017
* Major sponsors withdrawing from the club

If there ever was a time that the NRL should consider a club to be forced to relocate to another state i.e Queensland (to give Brisbane another side or perhaps Ipswich), Western Australia (Perth) or South Australia (Adelaide)

Then the Cronulla Sharks is the side that should be booted out of Sydney and transfred elsewhere to start new or merge.

The club is poorly managed and besides from a fan base and territorial factor they are stupidly located within close promximity with the "St. Merge Dragqueens" so there is no need for a team to be situated in that demography but there is prevalent talks about introducing another club somewhere so the Sharks should be the first club in serious consideration !

Mate, I think Brisbane are already talking about a second team to play at Suncorp and create a two city team rivalry/derby of some sort... they're known as the "Brisbane Bombers" and they really are a genuine option that the NRL and city of Brisbane will consider as a second city team. This team was founded in 2011.

Other options are: Redcliffe Dolphins, Central Coast Bears, Western Corridor and Central Queensland. Then your left field options such as another NZ team or a PNG side and even WA.

Nearly every club will breach the salary cap in some way and receive small fines. A heap of injuries and players being promoted to FG can activate clauses in their contract when they literally may have been zero chance of playing FG. There are also some bizarre rules in there. I think we have been fined in the past for 'lack of notes with negotiations ' along those lines ...dont quote me.

Yeah it’s those idiots on the Matty Johns and Professor shows. It seems to be their standard default gag about the Roosters sombrero. Quite ironic when you consider they are employed by Foxtel, the greediest telecommunications corporation out there.
