Keen to see how Verills goes - see if he has halves potential.

Would have been cool to see Sam Walker at the nines - perhaps there is an age rule for this tournament too like the NRL

Wonder if he will spend most of the year with the 20's team or if they'll test him in NSW Cup (bears have Lam and Hutch already but they moved Hutch to backrow last year when we also had Lamb)

Can't wait to see some footy on the weekend even the 9s.

We really are in a 'nothing to lose' situation. Guys can't really hurt their chances for progression this year, but they certainly can improve them with a good display.

I enjoyed listening to Matty King speak on the video too...he's smarter than I thought, some Robbo influences are showing too.

It’s the hairstyle that makes him appear stupid.

Haha...I'm always suspicious of people who have a big smile on their dial 24/7.

Im probably just jealous cos I'm a cranky c**t.

Looks like Sam is heading to Europe with the WCC boys - would think he is still to young to play (is he 17 this year, thought rules changes made it so you had to be 18 unless WCC doesn't count).

I'd imagine this is more of an experience thing? Interesting

                Fox League channel:

                Men:

                Friday 7.30pm Easts vs Panthers
                Saturday 2.35pm Easts vs Warriors

                Womens:

                Friday 7.00pm Easts vs Warriors
                Saturday 1.20pm Easts vs Broncos

Finals thereafter on Saturday. If we happened to make It...long trip for 36 mins of footy.

Assume there would be live stream options. Many replays on Fox channels as usual if you miss live broadcast. Have times if interested.

It's strange for this edition they went for a Friday night + Saturday day/night combo - it means pools only play 2 games instead of 3

Wonder if it was a combination of better TV ratings times and one game less per team (for injury concerns)

I'm guessing the additional games for the ladies resulted in the cut back to 2 games. Bit disappointing. Some guys mite be lucky to play 10 mins of football!

Ladies don’t play rugby league mate. But some women do.

                          Paying $51 mate.!

We are even $5 to just win our first game. Generous considering anything can happen in one game of hit and giggle.

Young indigenous fella from Qld. Bevan French like.
9s should really suit him. Very quick opportunistic type who was our most dangerous attacking player in the 20s last year.
