There were certainly some positive signs from Lindsay this morning. I was very encouraged by what I saw.

I definitely don't want us letting him go now. He still has quite a bit of improvement in him, that's for sure.
    MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Hall may not be a bad trade given we have a surplus of wingers and he wants to play some regular NRL.

Maybe Hall and Cricton are swapping places?

If push comes to shove then maybe we can release "Hall" but I don't think that will happen or since the Sharks need a middle forward maybe one of the lads from the North Sydney Bears but no chance with Lindsay or Faamausili. Both those lads are being groomed to step up very soon. Lindsay will be carried on the bench as the new replacement for Zane Tetevano and Faamausili is most-likely being considered as the replacement for Isaac Liu in the near future. Collins is showing great signs of improvement and will be a gun forward for us in the near future. Basically, what Napa should've been but failed to become.

JWH and SST have long-term deals in place so they're not in the conversation.

If the Roosters remain ruthless and staunch with the negoitations with the Sharks and Jmoz's manager then the Sharks club should buckle and release him to us anyways. Sharks are under the pump with salary cap pressure, the flop Dugan isn't doing them any favours and plus they have sufficient players in backs so there isn't any reason to hold on to Jmoz. "Leadership and experience" are piss-weak excuses from John Morris as the reason(s) to hold onto Jmoz.

I think now that the Sharks have lost their back-up hooker King for the season, they may need to find a back-up dummy half. This may give them more incentive to let JMoz go to free up some funds. This may become a more pressing issue for them now than having experience in the backs.
