Is it just me, but I think he is so over rated. Was exhausted 20 minutes into the semi against us last year and in-effective when refs call surrender tackle properly. A good additon to a squad no doubt, but not the type of player you go out of your way to poach... a generic back rower really! I thought the same about Angus also and couldn't see why we'd chase him at great expense when we had Madderson.

He is a gun and I'd have him here in a heartbeat.

I'd take Murray over Fifita any day.

Fifita is an incredible physical specimen but Murray ticks every box - gun attacking weapon, great defender, goes all day, and a rock solid character that is a cultural building block of a club ala Cords.

Nah mate, David and his manager have turned down an initial contract extention offer with the Broncos and apparently yesterday also knocked back a 5 year deal with "Souffs" so he's testing out the market by the looks of it. May be worth a shot especially if he wants to come to a powerhouse club and genuine premiership contending team !
