Jimmy Branes has just rolled out Simply the Best ad for Fox League. Its on the Daly Telegraph web site. They say it puts the NRL version to shame and I agree. More big hits, tries and includes that Boyd and JWH hug at the end of the 2918 GF v Melbourne. Great stuff!! How do you feel now Todd!

Looked like more of a promotion for jimmy than the nrl.

interesting to film it at the sfs with so much controversy around its demolition and rebuild, and a lot of the moments they showed didn’t actually happen there.

but at least it was just about the game.

I still haven’t seen the ad. I think it’s because I’m always too busy on the forum.

I have seen a clip of Latrell from the ad though. Probably why so many on here don’t like it. I think your thoughts would be different if he was still a Rooster. Anyway a bit of a risk featuring Latrell seeing he will be going walkabout at some point in the not too distant future.

Funny you mention that, Souths are now blaming the nrl for “forcing” Latrell to wear the flag, and it’s their fault for latrell getting negative press, and being booed when his face came up at the Sydney kings match.

Yes, they are going to need it, I think. I dare say that some (albeit probably a small minority ATM) might be starting to regret their decision to get him.
