Didn't say he is but Sharks are at the limit apparently and must get rid of someone to stay under .
They seem to be saying on there site they have to get rid of someone on at least JMoz wage and signed 2 players at 85k to make the 30 man squad
I would expect Poasa would be on 150k to 200k so with that and the 2 players at 85k they are still over .

I disagree, but not completely. We're without Billy Smith this year and JMoz is a useful replacement. But if we don't get JMoz I back Hall to go alright, so I think we can play hardball with the Sharks over JMoz - 'give him to us now (and we'll give you a negotiated transfer fee) or see ya later and you can stew in the salary cap mess of your own making'.

I honestly think that if it isn’t announced today it won’t happen at all or at least until round 5ish like reported.

With teams being released on Tuesday it’s just too close for any time after today.

He has a contract with us. He would need to agree to leave for there to be no breach of contract. He may be enticed by the opportunity to play NRL. His chances could be limited with us.
