People will die from the virus, but small business will take a shellacking, big business will lay off people. Yep, the economic consequences are not good at all.

Not panicking but acknowledging the need to keep clean and hydrated as a preventive measure, but I won't be staying inside my house just because I might pick up or pass on the virus ! life goes on and we need to be careful and apply some common sense . Can't imagine how some people would fare if we actually went to war or had a real bloody crisis like a civil war for 8 years like Syria, or being invaded and bombarded like Iraq.
